Husky and Medley hands down forever and always. I really hate having to repeat this over and over again but it's the best because it's based on a true story

and since they're still together today that just makes it even more cute

Densha Otoko - Net Hatsu, Kakueki Teisha no Love Story is really good.

I'd still like to point out 2 (really really sorry but it's unavoidable)... for the best romance part Hana to Akuma but for the best overall composition like plot, comedy, idea Melo Holic, because both made me equally cry and cover a whole different sort of romance each...

and that

I don't really read shoujo (seriously), but I read the first part of Princess and I consider it one of the best romance I've read.

For some reason I'm a fan of dying main characters

Considering the fact that it is based on a true story, I second this... or third roll eyes

This, and Suzuka. And maybe [m]Love Hina[m]; the harem part wasn't that fun, though.

Torikagosou no Kyou mo Nemutai Juunintachi is one of the few down-to-earth romance manga that I will re-read.

Shounen Teikoku. Despite the fact that it's a shotocon/lolicon/incest story, it's still one of the best manga I've ever read (certainly the best hentai i've ever read).
