I came here LF some shounen manga series with a lil' bit of romance, something like Defense Devil, Bakuman, Mirai Nikki, Rurouni Kenshin, Rave Master, Mx0, Mirai Nikki, Psyren, Busou Renkin, Fullmetal Alchemist, Ai yori aoshi etc etc...

Not necessarily need to be romance focused, just like the series I mention before, also dont need be full-action series but Im ok if is packaged with lots of action.

I'm ok i you suggest seinen series.

PD: PLEASE! I dont want anything like suzuka, kimi no iru machi, ichigo 100% Good ending or series with that kind of style.
PD2: I forgot! it has to be Finished series!!

Angel Densetsu de besto shounen romansu. pays more attention to the story than the romance.
Seikon no qwaser lots of ecchi, romance is sidelined a bit for the sake of action (fits in with your criteria, right?). figured if you read mirai nikki then the content in this wouldn't be much of a jump.

Kongou Banchou ~Mostly ACTION, but a small romance in the background.

Akumetsu ~Action, killing, plotting & romance makes the wheels turn.

Gangsta. ~Adult content. Two men for hire in a CRAZY gangsta world & small romance that might occur.

Todd Allison & the Petunia Violet ~Different art style (OEL) ~Mystery, Action...slight romantic thoughts.

~Manga I like to think had hints of "feelings"...
Hellsing ~Nazis, Vampires, Action....NAZIS.
Majin Tantei Nougami Neuro ~Demon powers, mysterious and morphed-out whack jobs.
Dogs: Bullets & Carnage ~Unknown if there is going to be romantic feelings, but lots of action, experimentation and comedy.
