Hi, I'm looking for a manga of supernatural/romance/action genre.
It would be better if it's a seinen/drama one also!

I just finished to read the novel of Dai Densetsu no Yūsha no Densetsu (waiting for the new scans )
and I'm really loving it, so I'm trying to find something like that with a bit more romance, with a "great" main character with an incredible ability (intelligence or something else).

Kemono no Souja- it's also an anime, and a lot farther along than the manga. Completed, actually. It's not centered on romance, but there's this one couple that I ship so hard, and it's implied that they get together.
Sengoku Youko- romance! And I think the art is really attractive. The girl is a youkai, and the guy is a crazy monster, so I think it fits your criteria.
jio to ougon to kinjirareta mahou- there's a cute couple, but again, romance isn't the main focus. The main character is a little weak at the beginning, but has an amazing ability that develops. The only bad thing is that there's a random time skip towards the end.

Too bad you have to have romance and supernatural, because
Tripeace,Ichi, and Tokyo ESP are all amazing.
