I'd like to see something where the main character, preferably female, is seemingly normal but is actually the villain. Like a demon or something, everyone is super nice to her but it's actually that they fear her and what she might do to them.

The closest sort of example I can think of might be Transient Future from Erotic Horror. But it's also a very loose example... So yeah.

I think he means something like a village where everything seems normal at first glance, but in reality one of the seemingly friendly villagers is in control and eats everyone's newborn babies or something... and everyone pretends nothing is wrong out of fear of that person.

i haven't read much shoujo or manga with a female mc but teppu comes to mind. the mc has a very sadistic personality but she doesn't show it.
