Is there a manga in which the main character or the villain were being bullied by his/her classmates and later planned revenged and kill or hurt them one by one secretly??
And I also like it if he won't change his doings until the end..no remorse and not even love can change his/her perspective.

Well, if it doesnt have to be a school setting then probably Ubel Blatt would fit perfectly - It isnt completed yet but I dont think it will end with forgiveness it's just about cold-blooded revenge.
