I want to read a Romantic Shojo/Josei that is different than your typical S/J. The setting could be different, or perhaps, the plot; I just want a "breath of fresh air".

Thank You!

This is way too vague. Can you be more specific? What do you mean by an average shoujo/josei? What have you read already?

W Juliet is cute and different because the female lead is tomboyish and the male lead is dressed as a girl. For example, they perform Romeo and Juliet at school and the female lead, Ito, plays Romeo while the male lead, Makoto, plays Juliet. It's by Emura. There's W Juliet and then the sequel is W Juliet II.

I'm not sure if by your emphasis on a romantic shoujo means that you don't want any other kind of plot, but that's what I'll try to go on.
Akuma to Love Song Different but still a bit predictable (I only got to ch. 62 and this was like 2 years ago)
Bitou Lollipop
Cosplay Deka A little clichéd, but what do you expect from a josei/shoujo?
Goong
Horimiya
Mars
A Kiss to the Prince
Baby Pop

Yeah, so not so many original pure romance mangas, especially ones that everyone hasn't read. If you don't mind another plot (like an adventure or something) in which the romance develops then I've got tons.
