I'm a little confused. You want a manga where a guy is in love with his twin sister, but there's no incest involved? Doesn't that sort of contradict itself?
The only other example I can think of is Boku wa Imouto ni Koi wo Suru, but that's obviously incest as well...

Well its the manga that i've been looking for, but i don't know the title either. I know the plot.
This guy meets a girl at a sports meet and they get along with each other. Then the next time he sees her he confesses to her only its her twin, the twin rejects him. Then the next time he sees the girl that he met at the sports meet and they go over to her place. He then finds out that it was the twin he confessed to.
Is that the one u're looking for?
