Hmmm. Here are some fantasy shounen that I have been reading that are pretty good. I don't know if any of them fit your request exactly, but they should be just as good.:

Well, these are fantasy shounen manga on my reading list. None of them are from those three magazines you wanted, but only a select few of draconia11's suggestions were, and you seem fine with those suggestions.

And I'l agree that Superior and Immortal Regis are definitely shounen fantasy manga worth reading.
