Akiyama isn't a nihilist...

There are several characters in Narutaru that fit the bill - not the protagonist though. When I say several I mean 'most of them'.
Fire Candy has a nihilistic protagonist, but I'm not sure about the 'cool and calm' part. Freesia might be worth looking at as well. I might be conflating nihilistic-story with nihilistic-character for these two though.
