basically a story a couple goes through.
Guy perspective to holding hands or kissing or how each other should deal with each other
it doesn't have to start from being in a relationship but do include a big part of the manga
i would like it to basically teach "life" and how one perspective change as you grow older and gain more responsibilities.

Virgin na Kankei I think fits your description, though it's an adult (not hentai) manga so I'm not sure if you'll like that.

onidere in it the main girl dosent want her friends to find out that she going out with the main character but its funny cause half the time she almost kills him trying to hide it

It's a romance manga about relationship in general with various examples, told from a guy perspective and written by a male author.
