Oh...OH Opps? I only noticed the shoujo-ai tag for some reason. Hehe...
There's one more, possibly. Strictly speaking, I don't think it falls under the MMORPG genre... But for me it was close enough.
Angelic Layer
I would recommend that you watch the anime instead of reading the manga if you feel like trying that though. The manga is... well, it's by CLAMP. /shrugs/ Their manga drawings tend to be a little off-putting for me.

"The Reality Bug" by D.J. MacHale. I read it when I was a kid and loved it. It is a fourth book in the Pendragon series--the whole series is basically about a boy who enters other worlds through some portal for the sole purpose of saving those worlds (you might like the series--it's kind of MMORPG but not exactly).
Anyway, "Reality Bug" is all set in a world where the bodies of everyone lies in stasis while their minds go into a virtual reality. So this book in the series is exactly what you're looking for. You don't have to read the books in order to understand what they're about though...so you can go straight to book 4.

@.@ Well... you got all that I can think of. There's a lot for Chinese light novels, as it's a popular genre there. As far as I know though, 1/2 Prince is the only one that got adapted to manga. If you can, or know someone who can, 冒險者天堂 is a good place to check for those. But of course, it's in Chinese.
Well, there might be a few manhuas, IDK. Don't remember seeing any, but try looking in that direction?
