Any manga where the female main character is either a tomboy, argues alot, loud, and not fixated on love and junk!!

....or has to do with gangs or fighting..

it dosent have to be all of the above...

You might try Kaichou wa Maid-sama!. Though there is romance, the main character seems to have no interest in the boy who likes her. She is the class president of a former all-boy's school and protects the girls from the boys (so there is yelling and conflict). I think you may like it.

Try searching throughout the I'm Looking For forum, there are many many topics looking for this type of heroine. Just go to the forum, scroll down, and you see a search box, type in "Delinquent Girl" or "Tomboy Girl" and you can find plenty of topics with manga/manhwa that you're looking for. smile

Ingènuo the main chraracter has exactly that attitude for the first few volumes but after that it does turn into romance =] still pretty good
