Buuuut, hot guys in shounen/seinen....hmm. Well, I think a lot of shounen guys are hot, but I don't know if you would think the same. I'd definitely have to say Lelouch though from Code Geass. He's gorgeous. Also, Sebastian from Kuroshitsuji, and Haine from Dogs: bullets and carnage (he's weird hot but still hot.)
