I would definitely recommend Kimi no Iru Machi for something without love at first sight. Or Suzuka. And if you want something extremely slow, then Pastel fits the bill. If you're looking for adventure with slow romance, I'd recommend Inuyasha (the anime might be better though.)
Sorry I don't really read slow romances.. I'm more of a shounen type of person haha ~ all of these series are pretty popular series so you probably already know of them :/

Subtle romance:
Dark Air
Gin no Saji - highly recommended
Edit: I noticed you don't have Gokusen on your complete or reading list, so you could give it a try (it's good).

@llovebhong - I think I've tried both of those a long time ago, maybe I'll look into them again
@senile_seinen - I've tried Bonnouji (it was ok, not really for me though), heard of Honey and Clover/watched it (might try it) and have read most of Kimi ni Todoke (but have gotten a little bit bored with it recently)
@jahu - I'll try all of those and Gokusen is in my wish list. I started reading it before and it seems kind of up my alley, just never continued (only daunting thing is that it's a bit long and dated).
But thanks ^^
By now I'm starting to think I've already read or tried everything obviously likable for me... (and I'm so picky) -__-

Probably many members here think the same more or less. *lol* Aside from this, these days I was back to read Bitou Lollipop and Torikagosou no Kyou mo Nemutai Juunintachi. Maybe one of those will be worth a look? ^^
