Kami no Mizo Shiru Sekai (The world god only knows) maybe? It's only about 13 chapters at the moment so no real love interest.

Main character is a dating sim game maniac. Evil spirits start to possess girls and can only be released by a kiss (they forget the events after). Main character has to use his dating sim skills to get the interests of real girls, only he doesn't care for real girls and is only doing this to save his own neck... which will become detached if he doesn't.

Probably better suited as something read while waiting for another series your reading to be translated.

Hana Yori Dango, Tsukasa has never been interested in girls until he meets Tsukushi (don't think it's clear early on, but his friends tease him about it later in the series). It's shoujo, though...

Some are a little forceful, but...

Fruits Basket -> at least for me both of them weren't interested in girls.
Milk Crown -> definitely fits.
Vampire Game -> sort of for Duzell.
Mx0 -> partially.
