i read a lot of them before but just name some
i would like it to have good drawings and please dont gemme like long harems, like love hina or stuff
also would go with gender blender types, such as yubisaki milk tea...

Negative Happy Chain Saw Edge - I found this one interesting, art is pretty good.
3.3.7 Byooshi - It's good and somehow original, not updated frequently though.
Kannagi - It's harem, but interesting so far. Comedy in it is good too.

Some of my reccomendations are...

Law of Ueki - So cool, funny, and a cute romance. Lots of action.
Law of Ueki Plus - The sequel. Why wouldn't you read it?!
Gintama - SO FUNNY, AND GINTOKI IS AMAZING. Every adventure makes you happy. :3 A colorful cast of characters, and lots of non-canon pairings to support~ :3
Elemental Gelade (Kinda Shonen) - A cute romance, great action, and a cool system for Edel Raids.
Konjiki no Gash Bell - A cute, funny, friendship manga. Lots of action, lots of laughs. Not to mention a few angsty moments. There's romance between Won Lei and Li Yen, not to mention between Kiyomaro and Megumi.
Zettai Karen Children - So funny and well written. Can we call Minamoto a bit of a Lolicon...? And Hyobu is AMAZING. ...And a lolicon... XD
I's - It's an ecchi romance, and has many perverted thoughts, but the story is cute...
Pastel - The art isn't my favorite, but it has a semi cute storyline. ECCHI.

also would prefer like more "actionless" mangas and more romancee
but still looking for somethin wit interestin plot n has long chapters translated..

Read Open Sesame long ago so dont know if its harem or not, its long. Its good though.

Guy ends up in a school which was a girls school earlier so dominated by girls and guys dont pick a fight with them until..the good kid comes in

Salad Days is long but is mainly full of unconnected stories except for a few arcs which start in the later volumes, I think. Btw, how does Nabari no ou have any romance ?
