The Japanese-Korean Freezing: First Chronicle spinoff manga ended in Kill Time Communications' Comic Valkyrie magazine on Friday. The series premiered with Dall-Young Lim's story and Jae-Ho Yoon's art in the magazine's 34th volume on September 27.

Comic Valkyrie has been running Lim and Kwang-Hyun Kim's original Freezing science-fiction manga since 2006. The First Chronicle spinoff centered on the future student body president Chiffon Fairchild when she was a first-year student.

Why? Because it was "only" 4 chapters?

I thought it showed what it wanted to pretty well. It was a short spin off on Chiffon, showing us a little bit more about her. Nothing extravagant. It wasn't a whole new series.
I don't think axed/rushed ending fits. I thought it finished alright for 4 chapters, and it tied into what we've learnt from the main story well too.
I don't feel it was rushed...but that's just me >_>

If it was cancelled by the publishers, it can be called Axed whether it ended nicely or not.

I don't know the specifics; so, I can't say deserves the category or not.

Wasnt really axed/rushed i think, the whole point of the spin-off was just to show the history of Chiffon and that girl...jesus i keep forgetting her name lul. Found it concluding decently , think it was always just supposed to be a short story.
