I think of what I did wrong in the day and how to fix it, and of plans for long term future goals andtheir different possible outcomes as well as how to accomplish short term goals. Then about very random things ... I wish that I could turn it off

I don't know about thoughts, but I tend to read a book or manga or an article while in bed... and if I'm lucky enough, I sense how sleepy I am and turn off the lights (sometimes I totally knock out, only to find out 3-4 hours later that I did a stupid and left the lights on...)
I also try to say a mini prayer before bed... like being thankful for today and praying for a good tomorrow.

Oddly enough, I don't think there was ever a time when I just fell asleep in my bed without watching TV or being like the walking dead, I usually have so much homework so I have no time to think I just collapse on the bed, lol.

I try not to think at all when I go to sleep. Hate it when I go to sleep at 11 p.m., think about stuff, check on my mobile phone and it's 1:30 a.m.
