I'm looking for a manga where the main character was trained or made by someone really famous/infamous. The God of High School is a perfect example. I prefer that the manga has been finished and fully translated, but i also welcome other suggestions.

Naruto/Bleach fits but I would only recommend the first ~20 volumes or so. It gets a bit dull later on.
