I don't think that Google will accept a warning for just lolicon. I think that MU would need to make warnings for anything "adult" such as hentai, yaoi, etc. (stuupiiiiid if you ask me) and even then they might not accept it.

I'm pretty sure that's next on their agenda.

it would be somewhat weird to see people from the anime community to start getting arrested... cause there are cases of people got arrested involving mangas... just not alot...
i doubt that will happen, but i mean technically 20~30 % of the mangas depict on underager in a sexual way, or have some sensitive topics such as incest, beastiality, rape, etc....
its just recently, alot of the the communities are starting to get the time to put anime/manga in the law book

It's not about porn in general. It's just about child porn, which category loli and shota happen to in fit for Google.

The whole "mature" genre banning on MangaFox (Hangzhou NOEZ Technology Co., Ltd.) was like Raw-Paradise closing shop... it's an over reaction. Now, one seems to stem from fear of prosecution and the other fear of revenue lose; however, as of now (without further evidence to the contrary), both have gone far beyond what was required--an extreme action--to show that they were willing to please the powers that be, The Google and Shueisha. That's it. Google does not care about gay or strait porn. Google does not care about blood or guts. It's all about the lolis and the shotas. I don't even think they care about zoophilia just yet.


What we need now is a leak of the damnable papers in order to get a better understanding of the situation at hand.

well, i too posted in that website http://l7world.com/2010/04/google-sponsors-child-pornography.h tml its just ridicolous, but this fkng guy (wanna kill him so bad) sended a mail to all the principals sponsors and the like of the webs with anime/manga related targeting childpornography, while this super idiot did that, (all the series he is claming about being child pornography are like omamori himari, vampire bund, kodomo no jinkan(cant argue with this lol), and chu-bra and that ONLY when "taken out of context" if you want to misunderstood it, it could be REMOTELY seen as child pornography but its just stupid.

Huh. Either something's up with my browser, or mangafox is doing something weird over there. I went into advanced search, and neither yaoi or yuri is listed. Searching for Lily Hoshino will ring up a couple, and the yaoi tag is there... but you can't read Love Prism.

You know I think everyone is entitled to their own opinion and all. But this guy really gets me. (but I'm also curious as to how he came about this. Did he read these mangas himself?? Hmmmm?? Or if this is just information he got from someone else who decided to read the whole story yet find it disgusting...)
I don't agree with CP at all. I think it is disgusting. And sure some manga's are a little out there but so are a lot of other materials!
There are worse things going on in this world and other more important matters to be resolved then loli/shotacon. I mean honestly what kind of time does this man have on his hands? Does he just surf the internet all day and find things he finds offensive and tries to get them banned??
I went onto Mangafox and tried to do an advanced search only to find that not only was those two genres deleted but so was yuri yaoi smut and ecchi!! I understand whole heartedly that Mangafox has to do whats best for them but to get rid of all these fantastic stories just to appease these prudes and narrow minded farts just......I cant even think of an accurate term for the anger I am feeling right now that is how mad and frustrated I am.
I just feel that they are just trying to take away our rights. Because you know they are going to try and go for everything that they find offensive now that this has been targeted.

For some reason I find this really funny. Especially some of the enraged and gloomy comments.
