I read this manga a longer time ago and dont now if i ever added it to my list.
What i remember is that in the manga its possible that people change their gender nd one person i think the Brother...or a Childhood frind from the main became a girl...i think. Also the main has a Childhood Friend(Girl) that plays Baseball an can go pro if she becomes a Guy. But she also likes the MC and he likes her.

I know its not much but my memory fails me....

Are you sure it's not the one? This one I mentioned also had more translated chapters; they just aren't listed on MU because the translator didn't have a formal group.
