Boku wa tomodachi ga sukunai is a perfect fit I'd say. The original is a light novel.

The only manga that comes to mind is the manhwa 'Jack Frost'. I know you'll like it. It's Ongoing, Original, and a Horror.

There's also several mangas about opening up and making friends, such as Bushido Sixteen, Donten Prism Solar Car, and Gin no Saji. Not sure if that's what you're looking for though.
Ame Nochi Hare (BIKKE) could also fit, and Riko to Haru to Onsen to Iruka seems to be heading in that direction.
