that only works for chn cookings. westerns use different poisons.

and god knows, if i ever hire a chef, the last thing i'm gonna do is hire a chn chef. i want some EURO FOOD!!!!

And what's the problem with feeding the chef first? If he dies, then he did poison it. If he doesn't than he didn't. Quite simple biggrin

Then you've got a problem, I guess... or, you can always use a technique from Middle Ages, when paranoiac royals were afraid of poisons. Just get some small kid and feed it with the food beforehand.
