I'm looking for manga that have gender bender principal character like Ranma 1/2, Gacha Gacha Secret, Kanaete Aizen.

the kind of gender bender where someone can chose there sex like in ranma went ranma touch cold water he became a girl and went he touch hot water he became a guy. And where the character sex change permanently.

I'm not looking for cross dresing manga I'm looking for real gender bender because there is a huge difference bething a sex change and a clothes(change like pants to a dress)

In cross dressing there is to many awkwards moments. It still fun but the feelling of gender bender is not will he or she be discover but how will he or she handle the situation.

I don't think there are too many more gender benders with the ability to magically switch back and forth. I can think of a couple where a boy becomes a girl (fully) through science, if that's okay...

hmm... I don't know of to many that are like ranma, but anyway...

not sure if this is what your looking for, as they are more about gender conflict than actual gender switching, but I enjoyed these.

kampfer is a good one but it a drop project so we will need to wait for that one.
But that ok because right now i'm learning nihongo so I will be able to read it in less then 1 year i think. Still nihongo is not easy to read (kangi are hard to understand).

Fushigi Yuugi: Genbu Kaiden
The guy in here changes into a girl from time to time, I just started this series so I can't remember why. I think it's a curse. He has special powers and he kicks but. A lot like ranma

It's not a fighting manga, more smutty really but the guy changes into a girl at night.

I believe that's all I know for manga where someone actually changes gender.

On the other hand I know A LOT of gender bender manga where the main character disguises as the opposite gender.

My favorite of which would have to be Tokyo Crazy Paradise

And went I say im looking for something similar to ranma 1/2 I not talking about the fight but is curse. In fact I should say that i don't care what kind of manga or manwha it is (like shojo shonen seinin josei).

Fushigi Yuugi: Genbu Kaiden I did try this one but it not the main character who's the gender bender so it not really a gender bender but there is gender bending in the manga. For me it feel more like a fighting manga and less a gender bender .
