I'm looking for a manga where the protagonist bad/evil or a psycho is but pretend to be a nice guy or just normal. The Protagonist can be a girl/woman or a boy/man.

Monster seems to fit your description to a tee. Though there is definitely is no romance element, I really recommend it because it's simply awesome.
