I read a story quite recently about childhood friends, a boy and a girl who love the same girl.
The boy ask his friend to give him advise on how to confess. She agrees but decides to give him bad advise but the advise turns out to be very good. The girl then confesses in desperation and the boy tries to step away out of respect for his friend's feelings. The girl who has been confessed to twice won't let him deny his own feelings so a threesome ensues.
The childhood friend is short with short light hair and the object of confessions is a tall girl has long dark hair.
Does anybody what manga this is?

Thank for your guess but no it wasn't Girl x Girl x Boy but it looks interesting anyway so I might have a look at it. The one I was thinking of was full on hentai actually one of the more graphic of its kind.
