This is my 1st poll so sorry if I messed up the voting..

Which decade do you think had the best TV shows SO FAR? I'm stressing the "SO FAR" part because of course the 2000's decade hasn't ended yet.

90's was good and all, and children's channels had some very great shows, but it's time has ended.
Now, we may have crappy children's channels and trashy dramas about rich people and their crappy life, and loads of reality TV, and what not. But we also have stupendous shows such as:
House M.D
SCRUBS
Burn Notice
Supernatural
Bones
CSI
Dexter
NCIS
Cold Case

and in terms of cartoons, I believe Family Guy has taken over Simpsons in terms of comedy and awesomeness. Simpsons is just lame and stupid now and the only reason it's still alive and kicking is because it's somewhat acceptable to be watched by kids who don't even get the actual funny jokes and only laugh at the crappy lame jokes -_-

Well, this was a difficult choice for me. If you look strictly at American television the 1990's certainly were far superior in practically every way (especially in the areas of children's programming and animation).

But if you look at all television, including japanese television (i.e. anime) I'd maybe go with the 2000's. Of course, considering the 90's era also had a good number of decent anime (and a hand full of outstanding ones) I still might vote 90's, but it's a hard call.

I'd say 90's but I grew up watching reruns of shows from the 80's. Add more options to your poll.

thank you.

Or the smart people who understand some of the more complex jokes in the Simpsons. Family Guy has far too many crude jokes for my liking, and I thought it rather stupid after the 3rd season.

^South Park is better than both The Simpsons and Family Guy.

And for as many good shows in the 90's, there were an equal amount of terrible ones. The only reason why they seem good right now is because hindsight is 20/20.

Well, I never really specified it to a certain country, so anybody can voice their opinion no matter what country they're from (You'll have to explain though, because I'm from the United States).

I wanted to keep it strictly between the two choices because most of the people on here would just remember the 1990's and 2000's TV shows, but since there are people on here who would feel just like you, I'll contact one of the mods for help.

Yea, you got me at the right time.

Back on topic:
Family Guy>South Park>The Simpsons.

South Park is funny, but it has to make fun of some sensitive topic in order to get some cheap laughs.
