Ai Hime - Ai to Himegoto idont remember who falls first but he is really really sweet
and is not my kind of manga but in 100% perfect girl the guy fell in love first, and he is not an @ss ..

AHAHAA- after reading the topic title, I immediately thought "Moe Kare" and Arata, too.
