Venus Capriccio, the main character is tomboyish but she's not really smart. Well, she has a little bit 'girly side' when related to the one that she loves. Still, it's quite fun to read.

Koi dano Ai dano, actually the main character is not tomboyish, but I highly recommend this manga. Don't worry, she's not feminine like in the other shoujo manga, but rather like a critical thinker.

Tokyo crazy paradise. I think it fits the requirements pretty well (especially tsukasa) from Tokyo crazy paradise. (Sorry if I wrote this weird im new to this website lol)

yh i definitely agree with stuff from hwang mi ri but also han yu rang, stuff like:

hot blooded women, (the first tomboy/strong girl mang/body transference manga i read that made me addicted to he genre, it is sooo friken funny, love the female lead)

chat, ((her dad is boss of a gang and wants her to take over but her mum disagrees as they are divorced, she is the jjang aka the strongest person at her school but all she wants to do is be a normal high school girl and find lovewhich she does using an online chat)

crazy girl shin bia, (after trying to commit suicide to prevent her being raped she is transfered to another world where has to pretend to be the crowned prince's fiance after the fiance dies because they look alike and the fiance predicted her death so brought the female lead to the other world in order to keep the crown prince happy)

also love in the mask (not sure if this was one of hwang mi ri work)(orphan on the street is trained by rich family to be a bodyguard to their daughter but she has to disguise as a man to do it, she falls in love with the same guy as the girl she protects but the male lead falls for her even though he doesnt know she is a girl, he basically willing to be gay because he loves her)

saver (its a must read, a classic if you will) (if i tell you i feel i need to spoil a lot to get description but basically girl is very strong, she is nearly killed transfers to another world, is seen as a hero who needs to kill the queen, lover her personality she is so blunt and honest and doesnt even care who she is talking to, she literaly bullies the prince so much)

and one that im not sure you will like is:

shen yi di nu (medical doctor goes into body of ancient bullied girl and gets revenge for her with help of 9th prince, her fiance)

fenglin tianxia (best female assassin who is killed by her own hand grenade after training her subordinates, is transferred to weak female body in another world and gets revenge with the help of a prince who fell in love with her, i love this manga to bits)

although the plots seem similar they are really different to each other and the females are really clever, physically strong and dont need to be rescued every two seconds, they mainly use their love interest as back up due to them being from a powerful back ground. if you want more just ask because i remember i was obsessed with a strong female lead manga with some romance and badass scenes where she gets revenge or people surprised of girls strength.

Oresama teacher is something that fits the description. You will really connect with the characters and Kurosaki Mafuyu was even a leader of a gang. She is friends with everyone she meets (mostly boys). AND she has 2 secret identities. She's really funny too and down-to-earth. 😎 😁

Ginen Shounen should be right up your alley. The translation isn't 100% imho but it's still pretty darn good. The heroine, Mirai, is very sporty, competition-loving and dedicated to enjoying every moment, to the point that hero Matataki often can't even catch her she's so busy running from one game/challenge to another. She starts to slow down a little when love starts to blossom, but she's always a tomboy.

A little less, but Uwagaki also kind of fits. The heroine initially appears fairly feminine (though she has a bit of a mouth to her), but this's quickly shown to be a result of her desire to please her boyfriend. Then a mad scientist wants to find out if not knowing that boyfriend would've given the hero a chance and splits her into two copies, one with no memories of him who turns out to be quite the tomboy.

Burning Effect has more of a "Strong Female Lead" but Burner could be seen as a tomboy because she doesn't express many feminine traits.
