It's scanlated by two of well known yaoi scanlation groups, but this one definitely not yaoi, it's seinen actually. Chi reminds me a lot to Yotsuba as in naive kid who excites about anything 😀

There's a few major ones I don't remember seeing on your lists. School Rumble has many, many good laughs in it. The ending is kinda flat, but nobody knows where the mangaka is going with the current sequel so he might make something of it yet.

Love Hina gets criticized a bit around here for being a sort of a "generic" harem type manga, but the main reason it seems generic is because it set the pattern for so many that followed it. Taken on it's own merits, it is a very funny physical slapstick series with some memorable characters. Mahou Sensei Negima! by the same author is more of the same driven by a modern fantasy adventure plot.

I would also recommend Ultimate!! Hentai Kamen, Ai Kora and Oretama (My Balls!)

I second Love Hina as one of the most humorous manga ive read till now XD

Seto no Hanayome and Jungle wa Itsumo Hare Nochi Guu are my top choices :3

I am HUGE FAN of Jun'ai Tokkou Taichou. Shoujo School life with delinquents tickle me bad! This is not a typical shoujo with girly bishie, its has a violent girl who likes an equally violent not-bishie dude.

Another manga of this type that I like is Dramacon though its mainly the first volume coz of all the wise cracking that I miss SO MUCH in manga being in Japanese and all. Unfortunately, maybe, both are romance oriented but my first reco is quite good, try out the first few chapters.
