I swear I click on the "new posts" almost every 5-10 mins. O_O
And doing that shows me new messages too! But I kinda dislike the "You have x new message(s)" alert. I usually avoid it, somehow.

I don't add releases/info or comments, so no. @_@ And I rarely check the releases page since I check releases via IRC. And we all know I post a lot. xD

Check releases for, ahem, stuff.
Hit My Lists when I try to go to My Inbox
and vice versa, talk in private convoes and
occassionally post something.
Mainly the convoes though.
There's 5 new messages every now and then.

Post in the forums mostly.

When I'm extremely bored with a lack of things to do, I end up hitting refresh on the releases page, just hoping a new chapter has come out on something I'm reading to relieve the bordem laugh

Also, I sometimes filter through some of the series and check that things have been updated on their page. Especially when I know a new volume has been released by a license company, I go check and update if needed.

I don't really hit refresh, I usually just close out the window and come back 10 or 20 minutes later to see if there is anything new. But I think that is the closest to what I do.

I hit the reload button on the 'My Reading List' page pretty often...or go to the releases page.
I do genre searches every once in a while too.
I also hang out in the 'I'm looking for..." forum.

I still reload the release page waiting for the red "There are X releases awaiting moderation", and when nothing comes up that I can do there... I refresh the new posts section.
