I'm looking for manga similar Dracu-Riot! Where the protagonist is turned into a vampire then falling in love with the vampire that turned him/her into a vampire or just falling in love.
I have already read or reading
Dracu-Riot! & rosario vampire I&II

I can think of ones that fit the description but are of a different art style and likely to be darker/more deep/tragic than the ones you've mentioned:

Omae ga Sekai o Kowashitai nara Although it may be much less fluffy than you want.
Second Nobody knows.

As for anime, I'd recommend Blood+, but it's not quite 'becoming vampire', has action and it's not wholy centered on love life.. Up to you. smile

EDIT: Oh. Just found out that the other name for this is Vampire Girl.. biggrin In that case, i third it. smile wink grin

Maybe My Boyfriend Is a Vampire, if you don't mind manhwa or shoujo...
Spoiler (mouse over to view)
Or genderbending

Night Walker is kind of a cheesy anime, but at the end of the 4th episode the female lead is turned into a vampire and the whole next episode is dedicated to coming to terms with the change... and she does love the protagonist (who turns her).

I've always enjoyed transformation scenarios where the protagonist undergoes a change, and I went through a phase a while back of digging through novels and such for vampire instances... it's unfortunately pretty rare in manga/anime, and in other media the actual change is usually glossed over or not present at all...

I really liked Vampire Girl at first but the mangaka just killed it and by the end it was crap.
