I'm looking for manga where the protagonist has some sort of insight or deeper understanding of people and they use that to manipulate others and situations for their benefit.

It can just be an understanding of people or some kind of supernatural ability(like esp or something). Whatever it is it needs to help them be manipulative.

Also, they don't have to be "evil" or have bad intentions. They could use their ability for good.
