Lol, I know that it is NOT manga (wait, there's a manga version, but...), however I know a JRPG called Persona 3 which has a guy with black hair and blue eyes, and oh, he's not the main character, he shows up later on the story. Moe Kare!! has a dude with BROWN hair and blue eyes? Sorry, I can't contribute much XD.
