For me, definitely Elfen Lied, its in my top 3 list.
Then Rosario+Vampire. I started reading it recently and I really like it, its fun to read.

Although art is good on Highschool of the Dead, story really sucked and the characters weren't really believable...

I don't like Naruto, nor do I like Bleach.

Of those definitely Rosario. I'm not a fan of most shounen epics (although there are a few exceptions.)

bleach and naruto are good, but highschool of the dead is better, imo.

I'll choose Naruto out of respect for what it was.

I don't particularly love any of the manga listed though. :\
