I remember the main guy, had the power to teleport small parts from one place to the other square-shaped, had a girl with the power to read objects of memory, a policeman and a normal guy (the "strategist") and they come together to change the world

unfortunately none of these and, from what I remember I think it was until released before ch 20, do not have a very good art but with a great story
