Description
Go Sung-tae is the target of the bullies in his school... voluntarily. He is a part of a secret experiment by the government that aims to produce "Heroes" in hope of rivalling the other countries. Not wanting to get involved, he steers away from the prying eyes of the government by keeping a low-profile, being the "timid" kid.
The most popular girl in his school, with a strong sense of justice decides to follow him with the intention of helping him, only to discover that he was faking his personality. (On top of that, his secret got revealed.)

This has 40 chapters. The quality of these chapters varies between two extremes, listed below:
Chapters 1 - 30:
if you're looking to see superheroes duke it out or something, you're going to be disappointed. If you're looking for a fairly interesting plot and well executed humor, you'll enjoy this read quite a bit. I'm not saying there's no action, but it's a very minor part of this story so far, as it's mostly about a kid trying to keep his daily life, his secret gets revealed to the new girl, hijinks ensue and events get set in motion. It's kinda hard to describe the tone of this, there's light-hearted moments and serious moments as well where appropriate...just read it and see what I'm talking about

Everything after chapter 30:
The motivation behind some of the characters' actions, especially the primary antagonist, seem murky at best. I don't like that it suddenly demonizes America out of nowhere, and the plot and humor nose-dive so quickly, it's like they hit a wall. I don't know if the last 1/4th of this was rushed or what, but it's like it was written by a different person; it doesn't have any of the charm or personality as the previous 30 chapters and the pacing goes out the window. It's a shame really.
