I understand that this story is episodic in nature, but that doesn't mean that the characters can't be more fleshed out. Yes, we get everyone's back stories, but we don't really know them that well. I feel like we're reading about caricatures of characters, like they're just there to fill out a cliche.

That being said, the ending definitely didn't feel like an ending. A solid, closed-book ending wouldn't have worked for this manga, but this just ended way too abruptly. I think I've read oneshots that were filled out the short story genre way better than this.

Nice effort, but the execution was sloppy and all over the place.

I would definately not of complained if this had been longer. Having said that, this manga set out with the purpose of being short and completing just one things, and after it did that it, ended. The idea was good and I liked the characters, and the episodic though inter-linking nature of the plot suited the manga well.
A short, well-done manga which is definately worth your time but nothing to shout about.
