Onani means masturbation. And that's what this guy is good at. Every day after school, he sneaks into the mostly unused girls bathroom on the 3rd floor, and masturbates. Until one day, when he's caught by a bullied girl with a hidden agenda...
This is a story of mistakes, redemption, and the choices made in between. It contains the worst and best of the human condition.

Boys will be boys
A lot of manga is revolved around the fictional tales of what girl in school have to go through. They rarely show such thing with a boys view and life perspective. Such an awesome read. I'm glad I looked passed the title to read this. Art is fitting too.

starts about a boy that has an unusual fetish for sneaking into the girls washroom at school to jack off. He thinks about girls at school and fantasizes about them while he does it too. Besides that there is a lot of bad bullying going on in class towards this one girl. He sympathizes with her and helps her out by humiliating the girls in the way he knows best. He cums on their stuff. That is where the story takes off. He then is forced to continue doing it because the girl he helped ended up blackmailing him to do more because she knows of his secret. He does it a series of times more. It doesn't stop him until one of he good looking girls in class catches his eye and he falls for her. She ends up being not for him though and he feels resentment towards her because of that. It is after he end up doing the same thing to her is when he really starts to regret what he did. He ends up coming forth about his actions and gets extremely bullied for it months before he is done middle school. Slowly everyone starts to forgive him though. Even after middle school he ends up getting closer to one of the original bullies . She still has a horrible mouth but she falls for him too. Great ending.
Wonderful story, albeit revolving around a bizarre theme. I loved all the characters and the ending left a super warm, fuzzy feeling in my heart. I am not going to forget this one any time soon
Caught Me By Surprise
I thought I'd just read the first chapter just to see what it's all about.
Few hours later, I'm done.
What a manga. As a girl, seeing some young teenage boy fap to really sick, perverted illusions of girls is a far cry from something I'd want to read about. But the character development he goes through is excellent, and the lessons he learns are something that the protagonist of any regular run-of-the-mill harem manga would never think to learn.
Just as Keikaku!
It's a trap. Notice how there is no ecchi tag? Right. This series is vastly different from what I thought it would be after reading the title and the summary and that's just fine. I read through this in one session and it definitely is one of the more satisfying reads. It's a kind of school drama with Kurosawa's character development as main focus.
While the title and the summary sound ridiculous, you should never give up on a manga before reading it.
twisted plot story, but worth
i was fooled by this manga's title, my 1st thought it will be a full ecchi manga, but after read half of the chapter, i was wrong! the story really awesome, but the main aspect that i'd like to share is friendship, no matter how other people treat you, there's always someone cheers you up (my wise words)
I ignored this manga for years, mainly because of it's title, but today the curiosity got the best of me and I read the whole thing in a sitting.
My opinion? It's good. Don't be deceived by the theme or the title. Some resolutions aren't very fulfilling, but it's a solid history overall.
Now to the followup novel.
Good, but could have been better..
I found the story quite good. I never expect it contained so much drama the first time I saw the title. However it could have been better if..

that Kitahara chick confess to the other students in their class that she's also a partner in crime with Kurosawa. Rather than just watching Kurosawa shouldering the blame alone, she should confess too. She said that she's not that strong compared to Kurosawa, but I think if she ever confess, at least the bullies know whatever Kitahara and Kurosawa doing was actually an event that occured because of what the bullies have done. Throughout reading this series I can't help but wonder when will Kitahara grow some backbone and help clearing the situation she put Kurosawa in, or fight back the bullies rather than inflicting pain on her own body.
Still, this is worth reading.
A great, dark high school drama
It always becomes a game with me, trying to guess when the author will quote J.D. Salinger or Catcher in the Rye. All authors that write these types of stories eventually do. (There are a few in here, if you care to play along.) The characters are pretty well thought out, I loved Yokota Takuma's rough sketch-like drawing style. It starts out really rough, but it gets a bit cleaner later on.
surprisingly captivating story
I decided to read it because I wondered how in the world something that's titled "Onani Master Kurosawa" can have such a high rating. To me, that means either it's hyped up or it must be really good. And wow, it did not disappoint. The story starts off slow and seemed like it might be an ecchi manga. The crude drawings didn't really help either. Basically, volume 1 was a little boring. But, as the main story takes off, you're taken on an emotional roller-coaster.
There are friends and enemies. Actions and consequences. Crime and redemption. Hate and forgiveness. I read through it all before I realized it. The story was masterfully told. Even Kurosawa's perverted thoughts didn't feel perverted, just honest thoughts of a teenager boy who was perhaps a little confused. My only gripe is that I wish it was a little longer for my own enjoyment. But in reality, it was probably just right.
a good coming of age story
thats all. If you ve gone past puberty, if you had already decided your next direction in life, its quite likely you wouldnt be able to relate to characters in this story. But who that does will definitely love it (this manga is ranked pretty high afterall).
The art is kinda strange, being pencil drawn, its detailed but the cutegirls' faces are too generic to my taste. And the story takes off so slow, I skipped almost first half of the chapters :\
