Not really, but I definitely felt like crying.
It's just...as perfect as it can get.
Yes, it's cliche. But it's the healthy kind of cliche that we all love.
I also like how the disease is named, rather than some random "incurable" disease cliche.

Im not the type that usually read Shoujo or Josei manga ( being a boy and all that ^^ ) but i really enjoyed this one ... its a very heartwarming story with a very sad and touching ending ( i actually shed a tear just dont tell anyone 
) it gets a very well deserved 8 from me

I'm sure every or most girls' dream is to get marry and have a family. So that's why I felt sad for her :'(. After reading this made me think If I was her.... oh man I don't know what to do..... Anyhow, this is a great story to read into. I recommend it
