Really nice

As usual the main character is indecisive, always getting in mess because of others and of course because of his own (mis)judgments...,I quite agreed with the Anonymous (Overrated) comment. But the guy still manages to change at the very end.Though It might have been better if the ending were a bit longer...
But nonetheless a really nice piece of work. Enjoy

This romance manga is superb. It's a love story telling at it best. I hear that people said this series copied Ichigo 100% - They're wrong...Just look at the dates, this start and ends way before Ichigo 100% begins so....
The plot is awsome, i dont feel like it dragging at all, rather it's covering all the criteria of a good shonnen romance.
The art is awsome still nice even though this consider as an old manga ^^ Still topnotch.

So, I started reading this manga not too long ago, and about 50 chapters in, I asked myself, "why the hell am I reading this? This is such a copy of Ichigo 100%. stupid guy can never confess, so indecisie he gets raped by girls, like wtf?" and then when I finished it, it had moved me to tears. no manga has done that. because the poor boy does mature and realizes his worth and finally devotes himself to one girl, and really does try to protect her and love her.

So, in terms of matching characters to the ones in Ichigo 100%, it seems like:
Ichitaka = Junpei
Aiko Asou = Toujo Aya
Iori = Nishino
Izumi = Satsuki
Itsuki = Junpei's childhood friend

But my point is, even if it seems so much like Ichigo 100%, it just moves you a lot more than the other ever could. I think the ending really makes it worth reading.

Pretty Good

Its a good manga overall. Its funny, and the fan service is typically in good taste. It does get a little outrageous though. The story itself is also quite good.

Spoiler (highlight to view)
Pretty much everything somehow CONSTANTLY seems to be trying to keep Ichitaka as confused as possible and typically its more disheartening when it happens than it is funny.

I would give this manga a solid 8, its not the greatest love comedy out there but its definitely still worth reading.

A definite must read for romantic comedy fans.
It reminded me a lot of Ichigo 100% except just better in every aspect.
The character development was splendid. You actually get to see each character grow and improve, learn and such. The plot might be what some consider cliched, but I just love these kinds of stories. The ecchi-ness wasn't too overdrawn and it was definitely not the main focus of the story. The romance was strong and beautiful, and the comedy was worked in seamlessly. It had me laughing out loud countless times. The artwork was great as well. I'm just a sucker for lovey-dovey stories though. It might be a bit long for some people's tastes, but it was fine for me.

Superb shounen romance ^_^

The story starts of normally enough with us getting to know the characters and their typical personalities, but even with these typical personalities the characters are pretty amazingly developed in their own way, through so many situations. However this only occurs after the first couple lacklustre volumes. Once I’s reaches a certain point in the story it becomes truly amazing, in both the romance and comedy areas. There’s also quite a bit of drama but it feels really strange as the manga went from a lot of laughs to plenty of angst. In the end it did go well with the overall story, where everything was able to resolve nicely.

The artwork at the beginning was great, with a lot of detail being put into character designs, especially during the close-ups but it lacked detail in every other aspect. Nonetheless it didn’t take long before the artwork of this manga reached perfection and it becomes difficult to find any faults, especially with the ecchi scenes.

Overall this turns out to be a truly in-depth Rom/Com manga that is so captivating you’ll find it hard to stop, once you reach the latter half. It is really enjoyable to read but there are times in the story that may seem kind of dull, at least it was full of cliche moments to liven things up (hot springs). The characters also play a huge role in bringing the story to life and it's interesting to see how some of them developed nevertheless there were some characters that were only there for one purpose, like Ichitaka’s perverted friend.

Well this manga is definitely recommended for anyone who enjoys a good romance, or feels like giving one a try.

Ichitaka Seto - Iori Yoshizuki

Well, the very first manga that I was able to read and as well as able to finish.. well, after a few years I think of constant search that is..

No published book got available so the net was a real consolation for the real feal of such art printed on tangible paper to be admired from the artist who did this manga..

Anyway, reading it before was really coincidental since the setting was also the same thing I had going in my existence.. but anyway, about the manga now that things have changed from the last time I read it.

[edit by mod, Warning: possible spoilers]
It dwelled too much along Ichitaka. Yoshizuki is always treated as this unreachable goal for this seemingly aimless guy. Of all the other characters, Yoshizuki is the only who I think was not fully introduced. Always considered as an 'Ichitaka's prospect' - 'that pretty girl turned model' or some distant label which doesn't really introduce her real repsonality.. I think..

And then, Ichitaka's fidelity, even though when they weren't still an item, is really incredible. Only glimpses of Yoshizuki's thoughts are given through the series and fractions of it still makes her mysterious in a way that we could only see her through the other characters eyes.

Anyway, that's just how I could compare it to how I appreciated it before. I always sympathized for how Ichitaka went through. Always troubled and uncertain of what to do. Not that he is irresponsible or anything, he's just like that when certain important matters in his perspectives occur and face him.

I always went my way and tried to draw like Masakazu Katsura's I"s.. the artist just amazes me.
