Having been born in a secret government laboratory that cultivated esper (telepathic) powers within humans, Shuuichi and two sisters, Sumire and Katsumi, are forced to endure a difficult life as test subjects until their escape. Years later, these siblings are still being sought after by unknown organizations that are after Shuuichi's powers as he is what they refer to as the “zero-sample” with the ability to cause “zero-shock.”

If you like Black God, you'll really like this (similar story, plot, character types, same manhwaka/author.) Both stories involve street brawling by shadowy characters with superhuman powers on the streets of Japan. Dark, thrilling, with impressive explosions and great fight scenes.
Damn, this manga has about everything I seek in comics. Nice artwork, badass main character, and quite intriguing sotry. Im really enjoying this.. cant wait for another chapter. When I think about it, it kinda reminds me of Psychic Academy, plot was kinda similar, but this is better in every aspect.

its great. i want more. typical action manga..nothing really original..but its good. and intriguing. it leaves me wanting for more. ive only read up to ch. 21. but i really like it, and it has potential. with 10 vols..i doubt ill like the ending..but i still wanna keep reading
I'll have to say I like this manga. Nice fighting/psychic power/ cool scene actions
I don't really mind the incest part but them going over it right at the beginning made it a bit hard to start. They should have started with some explosions. 
The series develops nicely. It doesn't get boring. The fights are cool

At first, i was like, what the hell, how can that guy be so cruel, but after it gets pass that part it's really good. The guy stops being an asshole and the story behind it is really good. About Espers from different countries trying to get dominance (stuff like that). A good read.
Really interesting as you read it further into the story but quite stuck up in the opening you get to dislike it earlier on how they can do such thing.... the art isn't that bad if you can take pointy art work.... OH yes if you like super power and the kick ass heroin who a bra and immature you going to love him oh yes hes dense quite dense actually!!! fun character!
