Well... I really like this manhwa, I think that Hwang Mi Ri's work is really good. Buttt, i have to admit that her others manhwas were much better.
To tell the truth, i'm not a fan of those manhwas/mangas which the girl is always sooooo cute and naive, it gets on my nerves! ¬¬' And that's what caught my attention with Hot Blooded Woman. The story is cool and i love the characters. However, I believe that if it had just 15 volumes, it would be much better, cause in the ending it gets kinda boring. ;/
Ahhh, and i REALLY, REALLY hate the end!!! >.<'

Well, but after all... I like this manhwa A LOT! Is cool to see a protagonist violent and funny, and not cute and naive. biggrin

It was good. Art never caught my attention. When i first read the summary, it didnt interest me at all. But then about many months later, i fianlly decided, what the hell, it's said to be such a great manhwa, i'll give it a try. So i did, and i loved the first few volumes. (1-11 or so.) Well, the author did drop alot of hints that Ha Ji isnt who she really is displaying to be. I wish i could smack her. Her personality, i have to say, i was loving it all at first too, and she was so likable, until we all saw her true nature.

Personally, I liked this manhwa, it was not bad, it was not horrible. But i think it shows alot of hypocrisy going on.

In my opinion, I thought some scenes were reallly similar to Hana Yori Dango (boys over flowers.) But thats just my opinion. o__o

Its funny how i finished up this series just yesturday, but i already forgot about like, half the storyline. x__x

I can tell Hwang Mi Ri likes strong female characters involved in violence. (they often appear in her manhwas...)

At first when I saw that it was 24 volumes I thought "Oh, 24 volumes, should last a while.." But at around chapter 6 that though turned inte "...You got to be kidding me... 18 volumes left!?!?"

To me this story was way to dragged on, even though I were laughing most of the time cause of the characters stupidity and lame jokes. I agree with the scanlators "final words" in the end of volume 24. At least after volume 12-15ish the story got a bit more cleaned up and not as confusing. Lots of characters with plots and whatnots, a bit to much in my opinion. Just made it all messy until they started to fade out.

The way of reading with it being a flipped manga (like western cartoons) it was a bit confusing and difficult to read sometimes. The translation were a bit messed with typoes etc but readable. I understand when reading the final notes that the scanlation took a full year and he/she didn't even like the manga very much. So it's not to wierd with simple typoes.

Well, the lame jokes and sarcasm made me laugh out loud, but I wasn't really enjoying it. I'll give it a 2/10

(I really hate Ha Ji's pink hair color on the cover >.< Such a badass figher doesn't have pink hair!)

I like this story, and the main character's personality, but I don't like how she puts up with abuse, and how some of her friends act and expect you to be symathetic. I think all the characters are a little psycho, and have a part of them that you hate. :] It's really funny at times though, and cute.
I am not a fan of the art, except for how Aram is draw on the covers. She looks nice there. XD

...this kind of manga/manhwa! whole 24 volumes full of the character i like ending up with nothing. seriously, this had some good art, i, personally love when the eyes are beautifully drawn.
this is a good manga, read it! i just hope you don't have to suffer the way i did. this was not very tragic, but it made me cry so hard, because i could easily symphatise with the characters' feelings. i'm tearing up every time i think about Han Seo, he was my favourite, and some cruel 'destiny' just screws him in his face.

goddamn, i don't know how to rate this. so i'm not for the time being.

WELL, I admit the art wasn't what got me to read it, my sister forced me! xD But I always enjoyed watching epic fights, and her personality, well, it's rather funny to see her in situations. In the end I wish she did gain some elegance, and, well, it was a nice story. I enjoyed it, but I don't think I'd read it again, maybe once in a while. Still, I'd recommend it to anyone, it's a good read, and a lot of fun~

The "heroine", Ha Ji, isn't really dense: she acts like she was for real. This is even explained in the note of the translator at the end of the 24th volume. The reason is, strangely, due to her "greediness" and "egoism": she has feelings for Sin Uoo and wants him, but also doesn't want to give up to the friendship with Han Seo, even though she is PERFECTLY AWARE of his feelings for her and the fact that their bond will be destroyed due to her love for Sin Uoo (and also the loyal friend of Han Seo scolds her for this towards the end of the manga).
I have to admit that this characteristic of hers is kinda intriguing. This, and the fact that this manhwa kept me curious until the very end, made me consider it all in all as a good story, even if a litlle too draggy.

I guess I can say to love all of Hwang Mi Ri works, this one in a special way. =)

I enjoyed this a great deal and it's one of the few I'd actually read twice. The plotline line is good (though it does lag about half way), and the art, while not the best, is still very interesting. My only objection with the manga is the main character, Ha Li, who while I admire for being tough, is dense to the point of absurdity. She puts up with lots of abuse and still manages to turn a blind eye to the people doing it to her.

well, apart from that I did enjoy it, so I'd recommend it to anyone.

Edit: Re: to Yukinon- (POSSIBLE SPOILER) I still think shes dense for the bulk of the manga (we find out different later though), so I find that aspect of her irritating. I didn't say to much because that would be classed as a SPOILER.

This is the best manga series I have ever read. Even though it was a bit long and I wasn't really use to the drawing style, the story was very well written. It had strong yet complex plot and never failed to catch my attention. There were a lot of twists and it never really dragged like some other long mangas. I love the heroine of the story who was so strong willed and completely clueless. Hot blooded woman was an amazing manga.

When i first read it, I didn't like the art. But then when I continued reading it, the art didn't really matter to me anymore, cause the story became really interesting.. I only liked vol.1-11, the rest was just boring..
When I saw that the manga had 24 volumes, I thought it was a mistake -___-'' .. I thought that the manga would probably end with around 12-15 vol max xD
24 volumes are too friggin long -____-''''''''

I really SUPER liked the girl Ha Ji in the begging, but in the end I didn't even like her biggrin She was fun to read about, but also annoying! x(

The manga is funny, but don't expect too much.
