I pay about 6-7 euros a book for most mangas. Long live Germany, where Books, Food and Medicine have lower tax rates. So long suckers!

How does someone not like to read through synopses? It's like one of my favorite things to do!
I don't really like most of the shoujo on your list but if I could find one that I am currently liking that kinda fits your description would be Sugar Sugar Rune and Peter Pan Syndrome. Granted they are magical girl shoujo but it's the only little girl shoujo I like
I hate that idol crap

*seconds that list being impossible to go through*
But... Pretty Face wasn't bad, IMHO. And I'd also suggest another CLAMP work, Tsubasa Reservoir Chronicles.

Germany taxes those things? America doesn't. Long live America, were not everything has a tax.
As for recommendations, mine is that you switch to another category. You may have hit the end of the line on this one.

Bara No Tame ni, Nodame Cantabile, Tsuki no Shippo, Vanilla Ice, Tenshi Nanka Ja Nai. Yes some of them are licensed, but they are worthy if you buy them.

That's quite a list, but since I didn't see Cat Street, so I'm recommending you that! =D If you like Hana Yori Dango, you'll definitely love Cat Street! It's by the same author.
Sorry if you've already listed it or someone's recc'ed it! XD
Oh, and Gokusen! =D
