Tokyo Akazukin is pretty full of gore. Loli, but that doesn't really play *that* big of a part...
Blue Heaven has some... (If I remember right)
MPD Psycho has lots.
Historie has more blood then gore, and not really all THAT much of either. But, its by the same mangaka as parasyte, and does have a decent amount.
Blaster Knuckle Has a little bit more then Claymore does (As far as I remember. Its been a few years)
Fire Candy has a bit. If you just want a lot of gore/blood without understanding the plotline, read the last 5 chapters. Most of it is concentrated there, although, there is a bit beforehand.
Some others:
[m]Killico[/m]
Zombie Hunter
and
Cynthia the Mission ( I was rather surprised not to see this on your lists. Anyway, it might contain a bit of hentai... I don't remember)
Well, I don't think I posted anything on your lists, sorry if I did. Also, some of these I haven't read in a couple years, so sorry if they don't have much blood/gore as I thought they did.
Mostly out of the two that are the Goriest I can think of are Tokyo Akazukin and Cynthia the mission.
There are a couple more, as well, but their names allude me at the moment.

The best that I can come up with are Deadman Wonderland and Highschool of the Dead. I highly recommend both for their gore and for their stories also.

I was going to tell you to ask Dragonfiremule, but I notice she's here already. However, on my own account, have you read Akumetsu?

I looked at your lists and noticed that X was listed under "On Hold." I'd suggest reading that one (though CLAMP hasn't released the ending...).

Here are some more....XD
Keep on Vibrating - Lots and lots of blood. I don't remember much gore, though.
Oh, and how could I forget Mai-chan no Nichijou and 4th Class Biology? Though, they're both Guro, just as a warning.
Tokko has a decent amount.... as far as I remember
A Good day to die is hentai, really short, but has lots of blood/gore in its like... 10 pages. XD The story is also crap... but who cares? XD
Inugami has some, if I remember right.. but maybe not. Its been a few years. Well, at any rate, the plot is VERY similar to Parasyte. <3
Oh, and its Kilico Not Killco.

On the sliding scale of Gore for manga I've read I can think of off the top of my head, it'd go like this
(From least gory to the goriest) Elfen Lied, Gantz, Parasyte, Berserk, Battle Royale, Tokyo Akazukin.
A lot of the bottom ones are very close together in rank, but Tokyo Akazukin is a huge jump from the rest, being outright guro and lolicon.

God I remember reading Tokyo Akazukin when it first came out. I don't mind gore/blood at all but that one really, really disturbed me. Only manga I've read that's done that. Course I was only 14-15 at the time but it's convinced me to never even get near guro like Mai-chan no Nichijou. I'd stay away.
