I've either read this manga or am still reading it... but I can't remember...
For some reason Bokutachi wa Shitte Shimatta comes to mind... but I'm not 100%

well, apart from the art you can pretty much guess from the characters in the background: from right to left are yukito, his best friend and kotori's actress friend. I'm 100% sure it's Bokutachi wa Shitte Shimatta
