This time I am looking for manga in which heroine:

a) tends to destroy stuff (ships, houses, opponents, planets, universes etc.) (willingly if possible, but 'by a mistake' is also aceptable)
b) do not use to fight animals/pets/robots/heart power, but rather own spells/weapon skills/psi abillities (ie. Lina Inverse)
c) do NOT purify/restre (ie Sailor Moon, Strawbery Bell), but kill/murder/breakes the bones/chop of the heads/cut of the legs/ rip the hearts off/etc.

Any ideas?

claymore the claymores themselves are pretty hardcore when it comes to the "hack and slashery" but they don't do it out of malice.

kaibutsu oujo hime and several other female characters in the manga do a lot of killing.

black lagoon the chick with the guns is pretty merciless

saitama chainsaw shoujo its a pretty funny manga so far, I have a feeling it'll end soon but its very twisted.

Looks like anything with a yandere or yangire heroine is exactly what you want.

Such as:
Mirai Nikki This series is famous for having a main heroine who is probably more insane than the characters from Higurashi no Naku Koro Ni. And she will never ever become sane, either.

Any Higurashi adaption: If you've never heard of Higurashi, check it out as well.

Here are also some series where the main heroine isn't psycho, but could still break a man in a fistfight (and often do).

Gokusen The main heroine from will destroy any and all opponents with her fists, but the series itself is lighthearted.

Rosario to Vampire Vampire Moka from may also meet your needs.

Claymore - well, they just hunt monsters. Number of villages burned by Clare - 0, peasants impaled by her - 0... too soft. But thanks anyway ; )

Black Lagoon - yeah, she is cruel and like to kill/destroy. But she is still... too soft ; ]

Excel Saga - oh, there is manga? Gonna grab it, thanks.

Superior - not at all. She doesn't do any of 'this', because of hero. If he wouldn't exist, then it this manga would be exactly what I am looking for.

Gokusen - too soft/too light

Mirai Nikki - too soft. She is just insane and killed a few but I want something more... grand (?). I know - she is single target spell, while I am looking for something with Area of Effect ; - )

Rosario, Saitama Chainsaw Shoujo, Kaibutsu Oujo, Diadem - never heard of, gonna grab them, thanks

maybe one of the following will be at least a bit close to what you are looking for:
cynthia the mission all violent aggressive girls
dorohedoro just read it
kamiyadori the little girl kills and brings destruction but not really aggressive
kilico cant remember much but the girl was quite blood-bathed

imho you wont find a female counterpart of say oyaji where he just grabs a shovel and plows through yakuzas nest

thought of 2 more:

tista sister militia, shes an assassin. I haven't read the whole manga though, but from the chapters I've read she was pretty cold blooded.

tokyo crazy paradise tsubasa is rather badass and does a lot of asskicking. tsubasa is rather "goofy" normally but there are many times throughout the manga where a her switch is flipped and she becomes badass and coldblooded.
