I'm looking for stories where the main charackter is a hikikomori
someone who have big society problems like is very silent, can't handle with people and prefer to be isolated

I prefer shoujo/josei, it also can be shounen/seinen but please no shounen-ai

best examples are Welcome to NHK! and Sayonara Zetsubou Sensei (this manga has many charackters with problems) please don't recommend Genshiken
