When i read 20th century boys, it gives me thrill and the mysteries makes me really looking forward for the next chapter.

Is there any manga that similiar to 20th century boys? i prefer mangaka other than Naoki Urusawa..

If you want something like 20th Century Boys, you should try Naoki Urasawa's other manga as well, because he has his own unique style.
Pluto , Monster, Billy Bat , Master Keaton and of course, the sequel to 20'th CB ; 21 Seiki Shounen

From other authors (though I don't know how much you can compare them to 20th CB, these are still really good ones);
The Hour of the Mice
Liar Game
Tantei Gakuen Q (So long as you don't mind the protagonist being a teenage boy)
Tanabata no Kuni , Drug-On (Bit of a supernatural side to these two.)
Kami no Shizuku
Majin Tantei Nougami Neuro
I'd also recommmend the 'Higurashi no Naku Koro ni' series.

If none of these suit you, try searching under the same categories as 20th CB. (Categories are indicated just below the genre in the manga's info page) That way, you should find quite a few manga with similar themes. eyes
