Hi!
I'm looking for manga with a calm, clever and collected female character. No tsundere or annoying please, she should understand others and be fairly positive.
It should be a fairly realistic manga with some character development and a good plot overall.
If i'm being too ambiguous please let me know.

seoul hui is the first i think of. She often acts, well, carefree is the polite term, but really she's very cool.

"Iryuu - Team Medical Dragon" ----totally what you want except manga does not totally focus on her but its got an awesome plot and i really like her character. Not much if any romance here.
"Angel Shop"---Yuri is quite emotionlesss so she is always collected and calm. she is also a genius
"Watashi ni xx Shinasai!"--Also manipulative.
"Monkey High"
"Stroke Material"---its short but i really liked this one. She is eactly what you want.
"Kimi wa Pet"
"Saver"---for me she is one of the best heroines all time.Calm, clever, collected, beautiful and tragic.
"Until death do us apart"---dis is really an action manga with an awesome plot with the female character being one of the main characters and even though she is young she is definetly calm, clever and collected. You will never get bored with this one if you like action and good plot. No romance here by the way, just a tiny hint but thats like two pages.
Also am not sure but maybe also "Kare kano"

I'm sure you've already read this, but what about xxxHolic? Yuuko is one of the calmest and cleverest women I've seen in a manga.

Eternal Sabbath
Saiunkoku Monogatari - The heroine is upbeat but also really smart and responsible. I prefer the way she is portrayed in the anime over the manga, which is why I am not linking to the manga.
